The preferable means of sending Entries is via Door-To-Door COURIER SERVICE (i.e. FedEx, DHL).
1. When sending physical entries attach a Pro-Forma, also known as a Customs Declaration, to the outside of the first entry package. This document must state that the goods shipped have "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE", are "CONTEST MATERIAL" and are "NOT FOR RESALE," with a declared value that does not exceed $10.00 U.S, regardless of the contents of the package.
2. If you are sending more than one package, clearly indicate on each package the number of total packages sent. (Example 1 of 2, 2 of 2.)
3. Your company name and full address must be on the outside of each package you ship. (By the time your shipment clears customs, all courier airway bills have been removed.)
ENTRY FEES:

Payment must be in Sterling (English Pounds). We accept Bank Drafts
payable through a United Kingdom Bank or Bank Transfers. A £15 bank fee
will be added to your invoice for Bank Transfer Payments.
All payments must be made payable to: London International Awards.
Bank transfer details will be provided on your invoice.
Absolutely No Refunds on Entry Fees after 30 June 2008
