Susana Coerver, mother of a 13 year old son, Sebastian, but daughter number 7 out of 10 from a modern family of mine, yours and ours.
 
I knew early on that communication, creativity and art would have to be part of my path, having completed my degree in Public Relations and Advertising, Postgraduate studies in Marketing Management, Strategic Planning at Miami Ad School of São Paulo, digital masterclass at Hyperisland and several training courses with Google and Facebook and the latest with Google and Insead. 
 
For 20 years, I’ve been working in the area I chose. I work with passion and dedication, and love to continually learn and share knowledge with others. In 2013 I moved from São Paulo to Porto, where, until the end of May 2019, I was the Global Marketing and Communication Director at a Fashion Company present in more than 70 countries Parfois.
 
In June 2019, after 8 years away from Lisbon and 6 years away from advertising, I took over Fuel Lisboa as CEO. Fuel is the leading agency in Portugal, and a member of Havas Creative Group.
 
Personally driven by Creativity, Innovation and Technology.
 
As a leader, I'm driven by the ability to:
 
1.    Empower teams to work at their full potential, respecting and enabling them to use their individual skills, expertise, experience and insights.
2.    encouraging teams to question organizational assumptions and ask strategic questions in a way to seek for newness and creative solutions, ensuring quality decision-making.
 
"I’d rather be a walking metamorphosis than have an old opinion about everything", that's how I adapt to change, the only constant variant of these days.
