Oren Meir is the CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Addict Israel Advertising Agency. He is a lecturer in Creative and Ground-breaking Thinking and a great believer in the direct connection between Creative and Effective, and as such has dedicated his life to save great ideas from 'premature extinction'.
He began his career in advertising 18 years ago - in 2003. During this time, he has won dozens of local and international advertising awards at world-renowned festivals, such as New York, Euro Best, Clio Awards, Epica and Cannes lions Festival.
Oren served as a Senior Copywriter and Creative Director in the leading offices in Israel: Publicis, Gitam BBDO ,Y&R Israel, BBR Saatchi & Saatchi and has worked for various leading customers in the Israeli market, including: Strauss, Cellcom, Orange, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mini Cooper, BMW, Leumi Card, Lottery, Master Card, Carlsberg, and others.

?Among the interesting questions I was asked from mentees, was about the brainstorming process and thinking outside the box and I would love to share it with everyone.

?‘The most important thing is not to be afraid of bad or silly ideas when you are in the brainstorming process and not to judge yourself nor your creative teams. This is not a job interview; it should be a fun and enjoyable process of which bad and silly ideas are a part of. This is the way to find the most 'out of the box' ideas, because they are boundless.'
