Pooja is a Creative Director at OLIVER Agency, Mumbai, and looks after Unilever brands’ digital mandate. Over the past 12 years, she has worked within the leading networks including Grey, Publicis and Dentsu, which has made her firmly believe that ideas and creativity have the power to change the world. She believes that ideas are medium-agnostic, and approaches work with the same mantra.
She has won major international and local awards including Cannes Lions, Spikes, Kyoorius (A One Show initiative in India), IDMA, UN Population Fund’s Award for Gender Sensitivity for Gillette’s noteworthy campaign, the Barbershop Girls of India, that is the most-defining work for the brand. Apart from this she has also been a part of the much-applauded Barber Suraksha Program, which has helped millions of barbers across the country who have suffered financial loss during the COVID-19 country-wide lockdown.
