Internationally-awarded creative director Damien Eley has spent the last 25 years working between Sydney, New York, London and Los Angeles and is a founding partner and Creative Chair of The Many.

Damien has consistently been honored to judge the top international creative award shows and tutored, lectured and presented all over the world. Recently Damien spoke of Brand Building In The Modern Media World at Cannes International Advertising Festival, of the cultural connection of The Many's work at the digital conference ClickSummit in Portugal, and sat on a panel discussing the rise of Los Angeles as a marketing hot-spot at Advertising Week in New York.
