In a career spanning over twenty years, Laura has worked in the UK, the USA and Australia with some of the world’s most famous brands.
She originally joined Host in 2006 as the Head of Account Management after roles in both Australia and the UK. Between late 2010 and early 2013, Laura re-located to New York as a board member at Anomaly NYC, named by Fast Company as one of the fifty most innovative companies in the world. She returned to Host as Managing Director and became the agency’s CEO before taking the helm of a new venture which brought together Host with Havas Sydney to create one of Australia’s most progressive new agencies.
Under her leadership, Host/Havas picked up four Agency of the Year wins in its first year and developed its capability across brand, communications, content, entertainment, innovation, experience design, technology and digital transformation as well as becoming the most awarded creative agency in Australia.
She was recently named one of Campaign Asia’s Women to Watch in 2021 and is currently Deputy Chair of The Advertising Council of Australia (ACA), the industry’s peak body and Chairperson of their Reconciliation Committee. She is also currently studying a post graduate degree in Organisational Coaching and Leadership.
