Jennifer Hills started her career working in PR and experiential partnerships with music and festivals, including Glastonbury and V Festival, before moving across to Mediacom as Head of Branded Content, creating original music for global brand partners such as T Mobile and Nokia. After three years in the production industry as head of partnerships at Endemol, Jennifer returned to the agency world as Director of Media Partnerships at Carat, where she developed original partnership and talent and entertainment formats for clients including ASOS and Swatch.
Jennifer joined Universal Music UK in 2012 and now co-heads the brand partnerships team at Globe, the company’s sync and brand partnership division, covering everything from ambassadorial deals for individual artists to developing global music strategies and multimedia solutions for brand partners. With over 20 years’ experience in creating brand entertainment campaigns, Jennifer’s career highlights include work with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, and she has succeeded at creating innovative and award winning campaigns with global brands, creatively fusing the music, media and entertainment industries.
