Devon Hong is Executive Creative Director at?creative and media agency 360i, where he leads creative for clients including Burger King, 7-Eleven, OREO and more. This year alone,?Devon led the launch of 7-Eleven’s first brand campaign in a decade, a $70MM integrated campaign including a?diverse?series of television spots created in partnership with storied director Harmony Korine. He made a teenage riot?grrrl?band’s dreams come true by producing a full-scale music video for their punk song “7-Eleven Nachos”—all in response to a simple comment on Instagram.?And?he?led the design of OREO’s “Proud Words” campaign for Pride 2021, showcasing illustrations from LGBTQ+ artists sharing the words they wished they had heard when they came out.? 

Devon ?joined 360i?from 72andSunny’s New York office, where he was Group Creative Director and worked across several key clients including Etsy, Spotify, Smirnoff and Cheerios. Most notably, he is credited with helping Etsy shift from traditional direct response communications to emotional storytelling with a brand-led holiday campaign, and for spearheading Cheerios’ “Right on Tracks” project,?a series of children’s songs created to teach kids about empathy after the 2016 election.?

Prior to 72andSunny,?Devon?spent four years at Droga5, where he rose in the ranks from Art Director to Creative Director and was responsible for leading two major global brand campaigns for Uniqlo. He also created innovative brand experiences and perception-shifting campaigns for clients like Honey-Maid,?BelVita, Dixie and Airwick.?? 

After graduating from Miami Ad School in 2010,?Devon?held Art Director roles at both BBH and Young & Rubicam, working across marquis brands like Bacardi, Xerox, Google, Cole?Haan?and Johnnie Walker.?His work has been recognized?by?The?One Show, Cannes, Clio, D&AD, Andy and the Effie?awards.? 

Devon?dabbles in costume design and?has?been?making conceptual apparel?for the past few years. He currently lives in the East Village with his partner and two cats, Macaroni & Cheese.??
