Tobias is Managing Director and CCO of INGO Hamburg. Before he opened the first international office for the world-famous agency INGO Stockholm, he worked for more than 25 years in the top five German independent agencies such as thjnk, Scholz & Friends, Jung von Matt and Grabarz & Partner. There, he developed national and global campaigns for clients such as Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Burger King, Mondelez, Vodafone and Coca-Cola.
The Drum World Creative Ranking lists him under the 200 most-awarded chief creative officers 2022. His work was awarded with around 700 trophies including London International Awards, Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio and ADC of Europe. He is a member of the British D&AD, the One Show and the Art Directors Club for Germany.
