Based in Dubai, Tahaab is the Chief Strategy Officer for Publicis Groupe across Middle East & Turkey. His role across the group ensures integrated strategic and creative products and solutions for brands, across the company’s agencies.
He possesses strategic, creative consultancy, integrated marketing and leadership experience spanning Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Asia, covering Business and Data Analysis, Brand Strategy, Content and Digital Strategy, Creative Strategy, Cross-channel Integrated Solutions, Data-Driven Marketing, Relationship Marketing and Customer Experience Management across categories, that has helped him understand people across the region effectively. He has extensive experience in fintech and banking, telecom and technology, B2C, B2B and B2G, working with leading brands.
Before this role, Tahaab spearheaded strategy, data, intelligence, consultancy and creative effectiveness for FP7 McCann and McCann Worldgroup as its Strategy President across the MENAT region, and led a strategic and creative resurgence for the company.

He has won 650+ top-tier awards across LIA, Webby’s, Cannes, One Show, Effies, D&AD, Andy's, Clios, NYF, Midas, AME Awards, WARC, Dubai Lynx, ADFest, AdStars, among others, including a record of 320+ Effies, for some of the biggest local, regional and global brands. And today, he is the most awarded strategist in the MENAT region.
Tahaab’s strategic leadership enabled FP7 McCann, from MENAT, to rank The World’s #1 Agency for Creative Effectiveness in the WARC Effective 100 rankings in 2020 and 2021, as well as The Most Effective Agency globally in 2016 and in 2020 in the Global Effie Index (all firsts for the region). He has also driven FP7 McCann to be Effie Agency and Network of the Year, for 8 years consecutively, from 2013 to 2021 in MENA.
He graduated in Econometrics and has completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Alongside strategy, he’s an awarded songwriter and has directed internationally and regionally award-winning brand films. 
In his spare time professionally, he coaches young marketers, start-ups and creative talents on creativity and creative thinking techniques. And runs an NGO in honour of his mother.
