Currently Creative Director at DDB Romania, Roxana has worked as an Art Director for over 10 years in agencies both small and big, including Cheil, Publicis and MRM//McCann. She’s also a graduate of ADC Romania’s Creative School. After winning the local Cannes Young Lion competition in 2012, she was later selected as one of the top two Romanian creatives to represent Romania at ADC Europe Creative Express program in Finland and she’s also a graduate of Eurobest’s Young Digital Academy. In 2020, she was the only Eastern European creative selected to join Cannes Lions See it Be It program, aimed at training 15 uprising female creative leaders from all over the world.

In her years as a creative, she constantly aimed to find communication solutions to social issues such as political bias, school abandonment and domestic violence. Her work has been awarded multiple times at festivals including LIA, Cannes Lions, D&ADOne Show, Golden Drum, Eurobest, FIBRA Awards and other local shows. „Unquiet Voices”, her campaign fighting domestic violence, won praise not just in the advertising industry, but also at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival where it got screened in 2019.

Outside the office she has a thing for superheroes and minimalist design and she never talks about herself in 3rd person.
