Kate Urcioli, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Heavy Duty Projects, a music house, notably recognized for dynamic work across Ads, Trailers, TV and Film with a star-studded list of collaborators such as SIA, John Legend, NVDES, Tori Kelly, and many more, has Kate to look to as their leader. Kate is an industry veteran with 15+ years of sync & licensing under her belt, who took the leap from the agency side at mcgarrybowen after five years there as a music producer.
With Kate, at the helm of Heavy Duty Projects, she has created music for some of the most notable blue-chip brand work in the industry, like the 2019 iPhone 11 commercial, featuring a custom collaboration between Heavy Duty Projects and the band NVDES. She also has been responsible for launching the Trailer Music division, bringing over industry vets Chris Restivo and Kevin Seaton and expanding the NYC and Los Angeles offices.
