Cinthia is a designer and an educator focusing on design thinking, brand narratives, and experiences. Her expertise crosses industries and disciplines, from strategy, 2D, 3D to 4D design; and technology, arts & education, and entertainment.
 
Cinthia was named a person to watch in the earlier years of her career and later honored as one of the most influential designers in San Francisco. Her work has been exhibited at the Museum of Craft + Design, American Center for Design, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Pasadena Museum of California Art and Design, and more.
 
As a sole proprietor, Cinthia founded NOON, a notable design studio with a passion for elevating the arts and not-for-profit entities. As Creative Director, she led the creative team at Landor San Franciso on various global brands. 
 
Moreover, later, in Greater China, led creative endeavors across mainland China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Korea; from banking, consumer goods, entertainment, technology, and hospitality.
 
Concurrent to her professional practices, Cinthia was an adjunct professor at California College of the Arts for nearly 20 years and was named Chair of Graphic Design in 2010. During her six-year tenure as Chair, she redesigned and implemented a new design curriculum, evolving the graphic design education to reflect the industry change and demands of the world we live in today.
 
Cinthia joined Turner Duckworth upon returning from Asia and continues her career in building and evolving brand experiences. She lives in San Francisco and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.??
