Tom partners with Frank Mazzola in overseeing the creative across 21GRAMS globally. Tom’s background is art direction and resides in the UK, so between them they have both disciplines and hemispheres covered.
Tom’s last gig was with UK-based Havas Lynx, where he served as Chief Creative Officer and under his guidance won Lions Health “Healthcare Agency of the Year”.
Tom was president of the Health and Wellness jury at Cannes 2021/22 and is also no stranger to other award juries; Eurobest (President), Clio Health, D&AD impact and LIA. He also sits on the D&AD Impact council.

Prior to his current healthcare role, he has personally won Lions, Pencils, Sharks, Epicas, Creative Circles, Eurobest and IPAs. He believes in the power of the idea to change perception, behaviours and improve lives. And he also gets a real kick out of inspiring and nurturing creative talent and lives by his personal motto: Can’t. Can. Or was it craft is king?
