With more than 15 years of experience working in Central and South America, Daniel Rincón began his career as a copywriter at Young and Rubicam Panama where he worked with brands such as BMW, Sony, Colgate and was awarded in several regional and international festivals such as the New York Festivals. Then he returned to Colombia as Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather Bogotá for 7 years developing communication campaigns for Nestlé and Claro, winning awards at Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Sol and others. Subsequently, he assumed the general creative direction of McCANN Bolivia where he focused on the growth and strengthening of the business, winning several accounts and working with important referents such as Nestlé, BNB, VIVA, Coca-Cola and BBO. He is currently the Head of Creativity at draftLine Colombia, ABinBev's inhouse creative studio. During this time, draftLine’s work was recognized in several festivals such as LIA, Cannes Lions, Clio and One show. Becoming the first Latin American inhouse agency to win an eCommerce Grand Prix at the Cannes Festival, the second agency in the history of Colombia to win the Grand LIA and the third best inhouse agency in the world according to One Show.
