Ricardo Barra Lima, aka Dolla, Executive Creative Director (CW), was born in Rio de Janeiro, living in Milan, and traveling as much as possible. Previously he was in VMLY&R Paris as CD EMEA for all Colgate Palmolive brands managed by the agency.
In France, the creative developed and led Colgate's first global brand campaign, which resulted in the Creative Strategy Lion at Cannes in 2022; also, for VMLY&R/Red Fuse, he won the operation's first three Lions with two different campaigns (Protex and Colgate Whitening).
He worked for all major local and international agency networks in Brazil, including BETC/Havas, Y&R, Africa, Lew'Lara/TBWA, and Talent Marcel. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and French. Avid for popular culture and a good book. Great at inspiring a creative team. Better yet, in caring for dogs – I held a temporary shelter for dogs besides owning the most charming underdog, this world has seen: Dina.
Ricardo has with him 9 Cannes Lions, twelve shortlists, and numerous other awards, such as One Show, Clio, LIA, and Effie, among others.
