Meet Paulo Junger, the Executive Creative Director of Adam and Eve DDB NY. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Paulo spent 10 years working in São Paulo before moving to New York, where he has lived for the past eight years.
 
He began his career at Africa São Paulo, one of Brazil's largest agencies, working with the country's biggest advertisers for six years. Since then, Paulo has collaborated with iconic brands such as Budweiser, Skittles, Oreo, Kroger, Nivea, Brahma, Dos Equis, Heineken, Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Mitsubishi, Vogue, Itaú, Johnson & Johnson, ESPN, Tribeca Festival, Pure Leaf, and Sky, among others.
 
Paulo is passionate about rebranding and repositioning brands. He successfully launched Oreo and Budweiser in Brazil and played a key role in the iconic Super Bowl Skittles campaign, Broadway the Rainbow. More recently, he led the rebranding of the Kroger Masterbrand and created the Apologize the Rainbow campaign, which brought the lime flavor back to Skittles' original packs. The campaign was praised as "pretty close to a masterpiece" by Fast Company and drove a sales increase of over 21% for Skittles.
 
Paulo has also worked at FCB, Publicis, and the legendary DM9 DDB Brazil office throughout his career. His outstanding work has been recognized by prestigious awards, including 23 Cannes Lions and 36 shortlists, multiple pencils and one Best of Discipline at The One Show, D&AD, Clio, El Ojo, Effie, and a Grand Andy, among others. In 2020, Paulo was named one of Adweek's Top 100 Creatives, a testament to his talent, creativity, and dedication to his craft.
