I am Camila Rodrigues, Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy São Paulo, where I lead culturally impactful campaigns for brands like Nike, Ford, and Nubank. Over my 15-year career, I’ve worked with global clients such as Coca-Cola, Netflix, and Samsung, delivering ideas that deeply resonate with audiences and push boundaries.
My work has been recognized in local and international awards, and I’ve served on juries for LIA 2024, The One Show, the Clio Awards, and as Jury President for the Brazilian Creative Club and the Brazil Design Awards in 2023. Recently, I was entrusted with designing the Brazilian Creative Club’s 47th Yearbook, a historic milestone, as it became the first edition signed by two black female art directors.
As a black woman and mother, I take pride in championing diversity in every space I enter. Beyond my agency role, I’m a Diversity teacher at Cuca School and the founder of PorTips, an Instagram platform empowering women in their careers. Recognized among the “30 Creatives Who Fought to Change the Industry” by coletivo Papel&Caneta, I bring fresh perspectives and a strong belief in the transformative power of creativity.
