Oscar Meixner is CEO & PARTNER of HASTINGS AUDIO NETWORK, one of the leading audio post production companies in Germany and Switzerland. Born in Hamburg, Germany, Oscar started his career as a composer and music producer during school time, producing and writing tracks for major German TV stations, but soon found his passion in the ad business. By now, Oscar has been responsible for tens of thousands of spots as an audio engineer, audio producer or sound designer.
He is highly decorated, having collected more than 103 ADC medals in gold, silver and bronze, 91 Honorations, 17 Cannes Lions, 38 LIA Trophies and numerous other renowned awards, including Clio, New York Festivals, red dot award - best of the best - sounddesign. His credo is not only to create the best of sound, but also to advise clients on leaving main stream and taking on new and exciting audio ventures instead.
Oscar was a juror at Cannes Lions (twice), LIA, D&AD, Radio Advertising Award Germany and 17 times at ADC Germany, including 3 times as Audio Jury President.

When he's not working in the studio, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons in the south of France at the Mediterranean Sea.
