Natxo is a leading creative director passionate about the industry work, creative technology and business transformation. As Global Head of Craft he is responsible for all health creative execution and craft for VML Health across all territories. He is a member of the global executive creative board for VML Health, of the EMEA executive creative board for VML and the WPP Spain Creative Council.
Under his creative leadership, VML Health was named Agency of the Year at Clio Health (2024), Healthcare Agency of the Year in Spain by El Publicista (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024), and the 2nd most creative agency in Spain across all categories in 2022. His 'Sugar Kids' campaign was the most awarded campaign in Spain in 2022, while 'Dogs Without Borders' was the 2nd most awarded campaign globally in Pharma and Health, according to The Drum Rankings. Natxo ranked 5th globally as CCO in the pharmaceutical sector in 2023 and 2nd in 2024 in The One Show rankings, and his work has been recognized with over 375 awards at the most important festivals, including Cannes Lions, Clios, LIA, The One Show, ADC, NYFestivals, Eurobest, El Sol, and El Ojo. He is also a prolific jury member at major international festivals such as Cannes Lions, LIA, The One Show, Clios, Eurobest, Dubai Lynx, El Sol, El Ojo, and ADSTARS, and has served as jury president at Clio Health, El Ojo, Luum Awards, Premios Aspid, and SaludFestival. Natxo is the only creative professional included in MM+M's 40 Under 40 list for 2024, which recognizes the top young talent in the global healthcare industry.
He has worked with clients such as Telefónica, Movistar, Endesa, Spanish Red Cross, Repsol, Toyota, SAP, DHL, Warner Bros and the Spanish Ministry of Defense.
