As ECD, Joy Panday leads the creative team at No Fixed Address Health. She began her career as a writer, working on big brands like Labatt, Porsche, Walmart, and Mazda. Her long career in Consumer branded creative took an unexpected turn with the award-winning Music for Memory Project for the Toronto Alzheimer’s Society. Conceptualizing and executing this campaign exposed her to the resilience of patients and caregivers and, eventually, Health advertising. Joy brings her Consumer and Health experience together to steer the creative at NFA Health into uncharted territory, while navigating a highly regulated advertising environment. She has led creative in a number of therapeutic areas, including Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Oncology, Respirology, Rheumatology, and Rare Disease. Her work in both Consumer and Health has been recognized at Cannes, One Show, Clio Health, LIA, NYF, and more. She has appeared on multiple juries and is a regular contributor to post-secondary and regulatory committees to help shape the future of talent and creative opportunity in Health in Canada.
