Felix is a global creative leader with over two decades of experience spanning Europe and Latam.
He arrived two years ago to MRM Spain after a 7 years stint at Ogilvy Brasil, one of the biggest and most recognized agencies in Latin America, named agency of the year at Caboré in 2019 and in 2020, 2nd regional agency of the decade (Latam) at Cannes lions. During his years in Brazil he was the only foreigner to run creatively an agency in the iconic Brazilian market.
Now throughout these last two years at MRM, the agency has gone from not being in any creative ranking to the top ten most creative agencies within Spanish market (according to Anuncios), while also having grown its clients portfolio during this time, working the intersection of technology, data and creativity.

Along his career he has won numerous awards and distinctions in every major advertising festival such as One Show, D&AD, Effie Spain, Brazil and Latam, El Sol, Club de Creativos of Spain, El Ojo, Eurobest and he`s won more than 40 lions at Cannes Lions festival.
Félix also led the creative of Contrapunto/BBDO, a renowned award-winning agency within the Spanish market.
He was a speaker at Cannes Lions in 2014, and also in 2018 for the Glass Lions category. He has also been part of several prestigious juries worldwide including Cannes Lions 2019, One Show 2020, D&AD 2021, Clio 2024, Club de Creativos of Spain several times including 2018, where he was the president of the jury, El Sol, El Ojo, Eurobest, Wave, Golden Drum, Profissionais do Ano, amongst others, and has been named Advertising Professional of the year by São Paulo Colunistas Award.
Félix lives in Madrid together with Carmen and their two kids.
