Laura has over 20 years of experience in healthcare advertising, and her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Clios, and LIA. She has led both HCP and DTC brands across a range of categories, from diabetes to multiple myeloma. In addition to working at established creative agencies, she has also worked at smaller agencies to help build creative teams and elevate the work with a focus on going from good day-to-day deliverables to pushing to great big ideas. And her passion is exploring compelling insights and craft in execution. 

As Chief Creative Officer at MRM Health, Laura incorporates data and technology to build and strengthen relationships with the audience, whether that is an HCP, consumer, or advocacy partner. And she aims to develop end-to-end experiences that inspire, inform, and improve outcomes in all aspects of health. 

Along with being a champion for compelling creative work, Laura also strives to be a mentor and an ally. She co-chaired FCB WE at FCB Cure with a focus on creating a sense of community and inclusion, celebrating diversity, and supporting career and personal development. And she prides herself on supporting the next generation of women in creative leadership.
