Anke loves being creative and hates big meetings. That’s why she refused to become Creative Director for ages and won in the meantime 200+ awards with her own words and ideas. She believes in brave, smart communication that makes people talk and change.
Anke graduated from Germany’s copywriter school #1 as the youngest best student ever, straight from Waldorf School. She worked at Jung von Matt, DDB, Ogilvy and Scholz & Friends for IKEA, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, national brands like FAZ newspaper, Free Democrats and against racism with the NGO Gesicht Zeigen.
Anke is a member of ADC Germany, ADC Europe and The One Club x One Show and served on juries such as Cannes, ADC Global, One Show’s Short Film Festival and ADC Germany the past two years. After becoming the first ever Head of Copy at HeimatTBWA\, she's typing right now as Executive Creative Director there. But before going to work in Berlin, Anke goes running for one hour and has for every single morning since 2006 – in the same year she won her first Lion for Nike at age 27, don’t call it a coincidence.
