Steph Cajucom is a Senior Creative Director at Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab in NYC. Her career began at the reception desk of Mcgarrybowen. From there, she’s sat at creative desks at Ogilvy, Mother, Giant Spoon, JOAN, McCann, and Translation working on brands like WhatsApp, AT&T, IBM, Target, Chase, Microsoft, YETI, Johnnie Walker, Stella Artois, GoDaddy, Samsung and more.
Her work helps global brands make intimate connections with people worldwide through honesty, cultural relevance, and spotlights on stories that deserve the main stage. It's been recognized by Cannes, The One Show, The Webby Awards, The Clios and The Effies. But most importantly, has been made fun of by former late-night host Conan O'Brien.
In 2022, she was chosen as 1 of 6 creative leaders worldwide to join Cannes Lions See It Be It program. In 2023, she was selected as the program's first Alumni Tutor. In her off-hours, she mentors creatives through D&AD Shift and Asians in Advertising. And at all hours, believes energy and empathy are a powerful force when it comes to leadership.
