Sebastián Franco is the Global Director of Creative Excellence at DAVID, where he drives the agency's creative vision across its network. He helps teams from the 6 offices to craft award-winning case studies and award strategies, while also fostering connections between offices and talent to deliver top-tier creative work.
Sebastián works closely with the global creative community, building international teams and ensuring that the best talent is aligned with global opportunities.
His experience spans various disciplines, including influencer marketing, advertising, and creative leadership. He previously served as Head of Partnerships at The Social Rooster, a US Hispanic influencer talent agency. Additionally, he worked at Cannes Lions, the International Festival of Creativity, as both a Jury Manager and Marketing Manager, overseeing the festival and regional events such as Eurobest, Dubai Lynx, and Spikes Asia, gaining a truly international perspective.
Sebastián has also played a key role in industry diversity initiatives. He collaborated with Cannes Lions / Festival ElDorado as the curator and leader of the See It Be It LatAm program, designed to empower female creatives across the region.
