Kyle Harman-Turner
Creative Partner & ECD
FCB London
London
, United Kingdom

Kyle has worked as a creative across the industry for the last twenty years.

He spent 17 years across the Mother family, working in the London, New York and LA offices - and was Co-Founder of The Or by Mother London - before joining FCB as Creative Partner and ECD in 2024.

He’s won multiple awards, including Cannes, D&AD, Arrows, Creative Circle & Campaign Big.
But his proudest moments are when his work breaks into culture. His work has twice been featured on the front cover of Britain’s biggest newspaper - a media space that can’t be bought and can only be earned. Speaking on his work, Dave Trott said; “The gold standard should be to get into trouble, to get people doing it, to create controversy, to get on the front page of The Sun. That should be what we're aiming at.”

Other cultural achievements include Holly and Phil giggling over his work on Good Morning Britain, his biscuit ads inspiring a section on The Jonathon Ross Show, Jay Leno talking the piss out of his beer ad, Alan Carr parodying his car insurance campaign, Charlie Brooker including his work in his yearly screen wipe, The Last Leg parodying his work, stag dos across the world dressing up as a character he created and seeing his work on the front page of Grazia Magazine and The Sun.

Kyle’s worked across multiple different categories and challenges, from the transformation of huge global brands such as Nokia or Stella, (writing the brands first ever Super Bowl film), to establishing new platforms for brands like MoneySuperMarket, Andrex and Bloom & Wild, to short term projects aimed at generating fame, like Waze, through to helping small scale ups to grow, like The OUT by Jaguar Land Rover.

Previous judging experience includes D&AD, Creative Circle and Campaign Big Awards.
Kyle also teaches at Central Saint Martins each year. Maggie Souter, Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins said; “Kyle has been an inspiration to my students. He brings challenge, focus and a ‘you can do this’ attitude to every session. His briefs have provided the perfect bridge between the world of education and industry. Always generous with his time, students have commented that his critics are the best they’ve ever had anywhere!”

Aside to advertising, Kyle founded and runs Climate Clubs, a collective using the power of sport to tackle the climate crisis. It’s featured on the homepage of BBC News and now leads the Future of Football series on Sky Sports.
