Bridget Jung is currently the Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy Sydney, with a career in advertising that spans two decades marked by continuous adaptation and evolution within the industry's dynamic landscape.
Bridget's eclectic mix of skills has been shaped by her diverse experiences. Starting as an Art Director, she began crafting banner ads in Sydney during the early days of digital advertising. This was followed by a transformative 14-year stint in Paris.
A bona fide digital native, Bridget honed her skills in building brands in the digital and social media landscape, eventually ascending to the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Digitas Paris. At Digitas, Bridget led a team of 70 creatives, working with a wide array of clients from Nissan to Hermes. Her innovative work has gained global recognition, and she's had the privilege of serving as a judge at advertising shows worldwide, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clios, and The One Show.
Upon returning to Sydney Bridget established her own creative consultancy and took on the role of Creative Director at Marcel before finding her place at Ogilvy. At Ogilvy she has been able to apply and hone all the skills she's picked up along the way. Starting as CCO and Head of Strategy for Ogilvy PR, Bridget helped clients navigate PR-led opportunities and maximise earned media. In 2023, Bridget took on an expanded role as ECD across the Ogilvy Network, which includes advertising, PR, health, and experience. In this capacity, she leads a multidisciplinary team of 40 creatives, guiding them in the crafting of different shaped ideas that are both innovative and enduring.
Outside of her work at Ogilvy, Bridget is an active member of the AWARD Council, a body dedicated to raising the standards of creative excellence, promoting creativity in business, and educating and inspiring the next generation of creatives. Additionally, she has spent the past two years as an ECD mentor with D&AD Shift Sydney.
