Rafa Quijano is currently Chief Creative Officer at VML Argentina, a position he reached after nearly 20 years of dedication and work across various agencies in Argentina.

Over the course of his career, Rafa has received recognition at major festivals around the world—something he is genuinely proud of. He has also worked with remarkable clients, who have earned prestigious awards and who share that same sense of pride. Some of these brands include Coca-Cola, AB-InBev, Movistar, Heineken, Danone, Telecom, Unilever, and P&G, to name a few.
These brands were under his creative leadership in agencies such as McCann, Grey, Rock (Mexico), Don Buenos Aires, Ogilvy, VegaOlmosPonce, and Wunderman Thompson.??
For the past two years, Rafa has also been an active member of the board of the Círculo de Creatividad Argentina, where he contributes to upholding and promoting the relevance of Argentine creativity on the global stage.
Today, VML Argentina is the top-ranked agency in the country according to the Cannes Lions ranking and the eighth best in Latin America.
