Justin Sanders is an award-winning audio production leader, known for pushing the boundaries of storytelling through sound. As Group Head of Production at Global, one of the world’s foremost media and entertainment companies, Justin leads the team recently named Campaign’s 2024 Audio Advertising Awards Production Team of the Year. Under his guidance, the department has collected more than 50 international accolades, including Cannes Lions, London International Awards, and New York Festivals.
Driven by a deep passion and relentless curiosity for audio, Justin’s approach to production is anything but conventional. His pursuit of sonic authenticity has led him to record in extreme and often improbable environments – under helicopters, beside thundering F1 cars mid-race, and even submerged in a swimming pool with £10,000 worth of kit balanced above and below the surface. He narrowly avoided a run-in with Spanish customs while transporting a binaural head in a box, accompanied by cable ties, gaffer tape, and 32 condoms (all in the name of audio innovation, of course).
