Nurya is a strategist at heart, who believes in the power of social media and its potential for brands - if done right. She brings a culture-first approach to shaping ideas, strategies, and brand presence across global platforms. 
 
Alongside her client work, Nurya actively contributes to industry dialogue on social media, culture, and the future of brand building through thought leadership, speaking engagements, guest lecturing, and jury work for leading award shows, including The One Show, ADC Lithuania, and Young Lions Romania.
 
She has held global and regional roles at Ogilvy and TikTok, while based in Brussels and Berlin, leading and advising on social media strategy for world-renowned brands. At TikTok, she served as Brand Strategy Lead for the EU Entertainment vertical, partnering with Warner Bros., Netflix, and Disney. At Ogilvy, she helped launch TK.Lab, Ogilvy and WPP’s global TikTok specialist unit, working with multiple brands across The Coca-Cola Company and Mondelez portfolios.
 
Nurya is currently Manager, Marketing Consulting at EY Studio+, helping brands stay culturally relevant and creatively strong in a fast-changing world.
