MRM Detroit, Chief Creative Officer, Jeff Cruz is more than just an award-winning leader. He’s a creative champion who’s won at Cannes, D&AD, Webby and One Show and captured the highly coveted Grand Effie; a philanthropist who has lent his talents to worthy causes; and the embodiment of Detroit creativity, heart and hustle. During a career that has spanned nearly three decades, Jeff has created and led campaigns for global brands including General Motors, Cleveland Clinic, and Harley-Davidson.
Since joining MRM in 2016, he has been committed to elevating the agency’s creative, growing the agency’s business and enriching the agency’s culture. He has served several times as a LIAisons Coach and mentors dozens of young advertising students and professionals. Jeff was also named IPG’s Global Diversity + Inclusion Ally of the Year.
