As Chief Creative Officer at the Independent Advertising Agency, Philipp und Keuntje in Germany, Marjorieth is responsible for the entire creative output of the offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Stuttgart. As a half Venezuelan, half Spanish mother of two, living and working in Hamburg, Marjorieth is multiculturally minded and a true expert at multi-tasking and proud mother of two.
She’s a proud member of the Art Directors Club Germany, where she was part of the presidency and multiple time President in different categories. Marjorieth is also part of the ADC Europe. Marjorieth was the President for the Gerety Awards in Germany in 2025 and this year she is part of the Grand Jury. Most recently Marjorieth sat on the Print and Publishing Jury at the 2023 Cannes Lions Awards and was president for the London International Awards Design and Package Design Jury. And has also sat on many other leading international creative awards juries, such as One Show and CLIO.
Outside the agency Marjorieth is a passionate activist in the fight against breast cancer – having successfully beat the illness herself. A Pink Ribbon Germany Ambassador, she helps others to detect tumors in time and lends support and assistance to those undergoing therapy. These experiences inspired her (and partners) to found “Fuck it I’m Alive” – an organization which shares inspirational portraits of breast cancer survivors. The organization raises awareness for the fact that breast cancer can affect both women and men while also providing motivation and strength for those living with the condition.
While personal experiences helped her grow, Marjorieth’s professional experience has made her a great creative leader. While studying in the US at the Miami Ad School, she was part of Leo Burnett Chicago. There she focused on the growing Hispanic market, working for brands such as, Disney, The Coca-Cola Company, McDonald’s, and Toys?us. Marjorieth won advertising awards early on in her career, opening the door to agencies in Europe like BBH and Fallon in London, and Jung von Matt in Hamburg – where she decided to stay.
Marjorieth has guided creative work for global brands such Audi, Lamborghini Worldwide, Deutsche Telekom, Citroen, Deutsche Bank, and was Global Creative Director for fashion brand, C&A at Grey, before she became ECD at Heimat-TBWA in Germany; she was in charge of over 64 different brands from Henkel/ Schwarzkopf World Wide, prior to becoming CCO at Philipp und Keuntje.
She believes in care, inside and out. This gave birth to her love for fashion and sports. Describing herself as a “Hybrid Creative”, Marjorieth sees social media as a tool that’s part of our everyday lives. She also enjoys experimenting with AI and making all of her kids’ dreams come true.
