Ste is a Group Creative Director at Droga5 Dublin. He has over 20 years of experience creating work that cuts into culture, and delivers real, lasting impact for clients such as, LEGO, The Times, The Samaritans, McDonald’s, Guinness, Jameson and Heineken.
 
Ste's work has been recognised on every major global stage, with a trophy cabinet that includes Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, LIA’s, Eurobest, The One Show, Clios and Effies. Two standout projects are JFK Unsilenced for The Times, which won the Cannes Lions Data Grand Prix, and Sleeping Flags, a collaboration with an Irish homeless veterans’ charity that was awarded at Cannes for both creativity and effectiveness.
 
In the past year, Ste has spoken at the Cannes Lions Creative Academy, judged Eurobest, Effies Europe and the LIA’s, and joined the board of iapi, Ireland’s marketing representative body, where he’s helping shape a new strategic vision for the creative industry.
 
When he’s not focused on work, Stephen keeps himself busy with passion projects including a children's book tackling homelessness and a Pride campaign  Madonna and Warner Music.
