For the past 15 years, Aldo “Coco” Ramirez has been immersed in advertising, crafting ideas that move culture and leading teams driven by creativity. He has worked across top global networks, including DDB, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu Creative, and LePub, contributing to some of Mexico’s most celebrated campaigns.

His work has earned over 200 international awards, including a Cannes Grand Prix for Good, Grand Clios, Golds at The One Show, and a D&AD Yellow Pencil.

Currently, Coco is the Chief Creative Officer at LePub Mexico City. In his first year, he helped the agency rise from unranked to the most awarded in the country, achieving #8 in LATAM, and also becoming North America Agency Of The Year in LIA.

Previously, at Dentsu Creative, he led the agency to Fast Company’s Innovative Company of the Year (2024) — the first time a Mexican agency received the honor.

Driven by a belief in the transformative power of creativity, Coco is on a mission to help Mexico claim its place among Latin America’s creative leaders and become the global creative powerhouse he believes the country has always deserved to be.
