London
, United Kingdom

Sue Higgs is Executive Creative Director at T&P mFuse, where she leads brand storytelling for a range of businesses - latterly focusing on challenger brands - and is a leading voice on creative culture, equality, anti-bullying and the responsible use of AI in creativity. An in-demand speaker and international juror, she has served on panels for Cannes Lions, D&AD, Campaign BIG, Clios and Creative Circle.

With a career spanning three decades across agencies including Dentsu Creative, Grey, Publicis, Ogilvy and M&C Saatchi, Sue is known for creating culturally relevant, purpose-driven work for big global brands across all media platforms.

As Group Creative Director at Grey London, she re-energized iconic brands and led socially powerful work, from giving Captain Birdseye a contemporary makeover, to launching Nokia’s James Bond ‘No Time To Die’ campaign and creating a moving fundraising campaign for M&S featuring real breast-cancer survivors.

A long-standing advocate for diversity and equality, Sue has created award-winning work for causes including Amplifund for Gay Times and Kick It Out, whose Ogilvy film confronting homophobic language in football made national headlines.

After speaking publicly about workplace bullying on LinkedIn and in Campaign, her story sparked widespread industry debate and helped push the issue onto the creative agenda.

Sue brings a rigorous, human-first approach to the use of AI, ensuring new technology enhances craft, ethics and creative ambition rather than replacing them.

She is a SheSays Momma, London International Awards Creative LIAisons mentor, and Board Director of The Circle Collective, a social enterprise supporting young people into work.
