Reed Collins brings a rare combination of global cultural fluency and business-driving creativity. His career has spanned the world’s most competitive media capitals – Sydney, Johannesburg, London, New York, and Chicago – before anchoring in Hong Kong for the past decade.
 
As Chief Creative Officer for Ogilvy APAC, he orchestrates and leads the creative and strategic output for 35 offices across 17 diverse markets, navigating the rich cultural nuances unique to the region. His role is fundamentally integrated, coordinating a seamless narrative across Advertising, PR, Social, Experiential and Direct marketing to drive growth for global giants like Coca-Cola, Unilever, Spotify, IKEA, and KFC.
 
Under his leadership, Ogilvy APAC has been named Regional Network of the Year for five consecutive years across every major show—including the Effies, underscoring his focus on effectiveness. He has championed 'local-for-local' cultural breakthroughs, securing the first-ever Cannes Grand Prix for both Pakistan (2021) and Singapore (2024), and pioneering creator-led models like the acclaimed Vaseline Verified project for Unilever.
 
With a career tally of 90+ Cannes Lions (including 7 Grand Prix and 2 Titanium) and 100+ One Show Pencils, Reed’s work is recognized not just by industry peers but by culture itself—featuring in the permanent collection at MoMA NYC. He has served as Jury President for Cannes Lions and sits on the International Board of the One Club, consistently pushing for integrated work that transcends advertising to become part of the zeitgeist.
