Her work has earned widespread recognition, including two Creative Floor Awards for a campaign that helped reframe how the world sees girls living with Rett syndrome, celebrating their ability to experience adventure, possibility, and joy just like any child. Najwa’s work has also been honored by MM+M and PM360 across the heart disease and psoriasis therapeutic spaces.
Beyond creating award-winning work, Najwa helps shape the future of the industry. She has served as a judge for the Cleo Health Awards and the London International Awards, and remains an active FIT alumna, mentoring and judging creative portfolios for graduating seniors as they prepare to enter the field.
