Vanessa Queiroz is a designer and Creative Director, co-founder of Colletivo, a Brazilian design and branding studio with over 21 years of experience. The studio is recognized for its work in branding, visual identity, illustration, and packaging, delivering tailored solutions that generate real impact for brands. Colletivo has developed projects for clients such as Ambev, Itaú, Spotify, Natura, Licor 43, Vulcabras, and leading entertainment initiatives.
Vanessa leads New Business and Relationship areas, with a strong focus on brand management and communication, defining and activating brand positioning across multiple touchpoints.
She is an active voice in the creative industry, having delivered over 200 lectures in Brazil and internationally. Vanessa has served as a juror at major international awards, including The One Show New York (2022) and LIA – London International Awards (2025), and presided over the Graphic Design jury at the Brazil Design Awards (2020).
She has held leadership roles as a director of ABEDESIGN and Brazil Design Awards (2022–2023) and served for ten years on the ADG Brasil board, contributing to multiple editions of the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial. Her work has been recognized with a Silver Lion at Cannes (2021), three Grand Prix at the Brazil Design Awards, and multiple awards at the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial.
