Mariana has been turning briefs into ideas for over a decade, always chasing work that people feel, not just notice.
She’s worked across Lisbon, Paris, São Paulo, Portland, and New York, creating work for global brands and learning firsthand how culture, craft, and context can completely change an idea. Along the way, some of that work has reached international stages like Cannes Lions and the Clios.
She embraces discomfort by giving practical talks and mentoring young creatives on storytelling, craft, presenting, and navigating the less-polished parts of a creative career.
Today, she’s an Associate Creative Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, and firmly believes the best creative careers are built the same way as good ideas: slowly, collaboratively, and with a lot of honesty.
Always happy to share, challenge, rewrite, and help others find their way through this strange, demanding, and very worth-it industry.
