I am 32 years old and originally from Italy, although I had lived in 4 different countries by the time I was 19 - so 'home' is wherever life takes me next. I have, however, been based in London for the past 10 years and love it! I am a Music Producer at MassiveMusic, where I take care of sonic branding and campaigns/advertising projects. I genuinely believe music is a direct one-way ticket to people's hearts, for reasons that science will never fully comprehend (it's closer to magic than anything else) and I feel like it's my mission to help people who love it as much as I do get a job in the industry.

I would have done anything to have a mentor, when I was younger and looking to get into the industry. I wasn’t only looking for a job: I was looking for guidance, stories, a word of wisdom and a hundred words of encouragement (god knows I needed it!). This is why I think mentorship programs are so important - and I am SO excited to be a mentor again, this time for the Creative LIAisons.
I met the lovely LIA team last year, when they invited me to be a juror for the Music & Sound awards in Vegas (???????????? incredible experience). This year I get to meet the next generation of creatives and therefore the award nominees of the future. I cannot promise words of wisdom (still need those myself), but I am excited to share my experience and passion for this craft with like-minded people, in the hopes to help them grow in this insane, beautiful industry.
