Tina Allan is a data-driven marketing leader and Global Chief Solutions Architect at McCann, where she designs and activates connected ecosystems that integrate data, AI, technology, media, commerce, and creativity to drive growth. A connector, accelerator, and collaborator, she partners closely with senior leaders to define growth roadmaps, integrate platform and data investments, and build organizational capability across McCann and the broader Omnicom network.
 
Prior to joining McCann, Tina served as Global Chief Data and Intelligence Officer at FCB, where she powered work for brands including AB InBev, The Clorox Company, Kimberly Clark, Spotify, Stellantis, and Volkswagen, and drove some of FCB’s most awarded global creative work, demonstrating that when magic and logic are intentionally combined, creativity becomes a true business accelerator. Before FCB, Tina spent five and a half years as Managing Director of Data Solutions at Omnicom’s BBDO.
 
Throughout her career, Tina has served on the jury of Cannes Lions, Global Effies, The One Show, AICP Next Awards, and the Echo Awards, as Jury President of Creative Data at Cannes Lions 2025, and on the 2026 One Show Jury for Data and Technology. She is part of the McCann Global Creative Council and sits on the executive boards across Omnicom Data, Ai and Technology, as well as a board member at the ARF.  She has been recognized as a leader in data-driven creativity and marketing effectiveness, named to ADWEEK’s 50 and one of the New York Business Journal’s Women of Influence in Advertising.
