Camila is a London-based Brazilian executive with extensive experience in Global Marketing and Advertising. She is known for her ability to drive transformation in global businesses through expertise in Data, Media, Content and Operations.
Over the past 15 years, she has held key executive and C-level roles within major global communications holding groups: as the Global Chief Product Officer for Publicis Groupe; Global Director of Operations for the TBWA Group; Head of Growth, Integration, and Communications at Havas Group in Brazil; and Global Business Director at the WPP Group, where she headed the Unilever account for over 5 years.
In 2025, Camila was selected to be part of the Cannes Lions jury, contributing alongside other global leaders to celebrate and recognize excellence in global creativity and marketing.
She graduated from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in São Paulo and completed a business specialisation programme at the Beijing University of International Relations in China. Currently, she lives in West London with her wife and their two dogs: Joana & Jupiter.
