Rania Ayman is a serial entrepreneur and a key player in the social and economic development ecosystem in the Middle East, committed to supporting women and reducing the gender gap across the region. She is the Founder and CEO of Entreprenelle, the mission-driven organization that has reached over 500,000 women entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly in underprivileged areas, by providing education, training, and access to resources. Through her efforts, Entreprenelle has facilitated the creation of over 10,000 projects, driving significant progress in women’s economic inclusion and fostering sustainable change over the past decade.
 
In addition to her work with Entreprenelle, Rania is the General Manager of School of Fashion Management, the organization dedicated to strengthening the fashion pipeline and advancing the creative economy by equipping industry professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to grow and innovate within this field. Rania’s career spans social development, entrepreneurship, and business management, reflecting her ability to bridge diverse fields and create meaningful opportunities. 
 
Rania holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with additional studies in Gender Lens and Equality. With over 15 years of experience in social development, she is widely recognized as a leading figure in the region’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. She has served as a New Media Ambassador for the Ministry of State, A.R.E., and currently works as a National Consultant for UN Women’s ‘Rabeha’ Alumni Network, where she champions women’s inclusion and ensures their voices are represented in decision-making spaces also as a fellow Rotarian and advocate for women’s rights, Rania has been recognized as one of the most influential leaders in women’s entrepreneurship. Her work focuses on creating practical, long-lasting solutions that empower women and inspire others to invest in gender equality and the creative economy.
