Lisa is Creative Director and Partner at F&B Happy, the branding and design arm of Forsman & Bodenfors, where she also serves as Head of Design. Based in Sweden, she is part of the company’s leadership team, with a strong focus on developing creative talent and design culture.
With over 20 years of experience, Lisa has worked closely with brands and creative teams through complex challenges – from shaping brand strategies and visual identities to building long-term creative direction. Her work has been recognized with over 200 creative awards across more than 70 projects.
Lisa studied at Central Saint Martins in London and remains actively engaged in the design community. She regularly contributes as a visiting lecturer and serves as a jury member for leading creative awards, including Clio, D&AD, LIA, Eurobest, Guldägget, Baltic Best, Strategy Awards, and the New York Festivals.
Guided by a belief in curiosity, craft, and collaboration, Lisa aims to bring a thoughtful and human-centered approach to creative leadership.
