Marco Venturelli
President and Chief Creative Officer, Leo

Since 2025, Marco Venturelli is President and Chief Creative Officer of Leo, a global creative constellation bringing together 15,000 talents across 90 countries. He also serves as Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe France, leading around 800 creative talents, and as CEO and CCO of Publicis Conseil in Paris.
 
Under his leadership, Publicis Conseil was named Agency of the Year at Cannes Lions for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025), and Agency of the Year at LIA, Clio and Eurobest 2025. The agency was also ranked the most creative agency in the world by WARC. Leo was named Network of the Year at Eurobest and European Network of the Year at Cannes Lions.
 
Marco began his career in 2001 as a copywriter in Milan, working at BGS/D’Arcy, Publicis, BBDO and Havas. In 2010, he moved to Paris to join Havas-owned Agence H as Creative Director, where he won major awards in France and internationally.

In 2014, he was appointed Executive Creative Director of the newly launched Les Gaulois, which quickly became the most awarded Havas agency at Cannes Lions. He later returned to Publicis as Global ECD for Heineken, leading global campaigns across UEFA Champions League, James Bond and Formula 1 partnerships, and overseeing the launch of Heineken 0.0.
 
Marco has won hundreds of international awards, including more than 100 Cannes Lions, among them 11 Grand Prix, as well as a Cannes Lions Titanium Grand Prix and a D&AD Black Pencil. In 2024, he was ranked #1 Chief Creative Officer in the world by D&AD.
 
He has served as President or juror for all major national and international award shows, including Eurobest, LIA, New York Festivals, Clio, D&AD, and five times at Cannes Lions.
