Fabio Ruffet has held senior marketing roles, based in London, Buenos Aires, Paris and Sao Paulo. His career is marked by a steadfast commitment to brand building, disruptive thinking, and award-winning campaigns.

As the VP of Brands & Content at Mars Snacking, Fabio is responsible for the creative output for brands such as Twix, M&M’s, Snickers, Extra gum and Maltesers, among others, with a brief to raise creative excellence that drives growth.

Prior to joining Mars Snacking, Fabio played a pivotal role at Bacardi Ltd, revitalizing its eponymous rum brand, leading to record net sales value, gross profit, market share and brand equity as well as accolades.

Earlier in his career, Fabio honed his creative skills agency-side at Ogilvy & Mather and Havas, where he led large teams and produced award-winning campaigns for global brands such as Dove and Ford.

A lifelong learner, Fabio has just completed a Master of Arts in Photo Documentary at the University of the Arts London. Fabio also holds a BA in Management from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Advanced Leadership from the Miami Herbert Business School.
Fabio hails from Buenos Aires, is of Italian descent, and currently resides in London with his wife Natasha and their twins.
