Favio “Favete” Encinas is the Executive Creative Director and founding partner at Rock and Roll – Santa Cruz, with 20 years of experience in the advertising sector. Additionally, he is the founder and director of the Escuelita de Creativos, Bolivia branch, since 2019. He currently serves as the president of the Bolivian Creative Circle.

Throughout his career, he has received over 160 recognitions for his creativity and effectiveness. Recently, Rock and Roll has been recognized as the Agency of the Year for Bolivia at festivals such as EFFIE BOLIVIA, FIAP, EL OJO de Iberoamérica, and TOP FICE.

Additionally, he has been awarded at prestigious national and international festivals such as: Wina, Caracol de Plata, Saniss, Luum, FEPI, Publicita, and Locoto Publicitario. He has also served as a judge in various categories at these festivals.

Since his early days in Art Direction, he has journeyed towards strategic creativity, creating memorable and acclaimed campaigns for international brands such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, Warner Brothers Latam, Heineken, Unilever, AXE, OMO, Sedal, Dove, Ri-K, Pepsico, Monster, KFC, and Starbucks. Additionally, he works with the most important brands in Bolivia, such as Cerveza Paceña, BCP Bolivia, Yape, Sofía, among others.
