Co-President x ECD
Artists Equity
West Hollywood
, United States of America

Brandon Drew Jordan Pierce, a.k.a. Beedy, has dedicated his career to telling authentic stories that are culturally impactful, entertaining, and timeless. Most recently, he was the first hire in the advertising division of Artists Equity, the company founded by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, where he was brought in as VP-Executive Creative Director. In this role, Brandon found success creating iconic campaigns for Dunkin’, including collaborations with Ice Spice, Sabrina Carpenter, Will Arnett, Kristen Wiig, Megan Thee Stallion, and Benny Blanco.
Most notable was Dunkin’s 2024 Super Bowl ad, which unleashed The DunKings on the world. Pierce co-wrote and co-directed the campaign with Affleck, featuring Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez, Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, and Fat Joe. Not only was it a creative success, it led to Dunkin’ having its biggest sales day in the history of the brand. The DunKings returned to the Super Bowl the following year, a spot that featured both Ben and Casey Affleck alongside other notable talent, including Jeremy Strong like you’ve never seen him before.

After running several successful campaigns with Dunkin’, Pierce led a pitch that won Artists Equity’s second brand client, Stella Artois. Stella Artois just launched its own Super Bowl campaign, starring David Beckham and Matt Damon, in conjunction with Artists Equity. This piece was co-written and co-directed by Pierce & Affleck.

In 2025, Pierce was promoted to Co-President and ECD of the Advertising Division of Artists Equity. As Co-President, Pierce oversees the entire team's creative output, mostly recently co-directing Dunkin's latest spot for the 2026 Super Bowl, featuring iconic 90's talent including Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Ted Danson in a campaign that brought a fictional 90's sitcom version of Good Will Hunting to life. The work he has done thus far at Artists Equity has been recognized and awarded by The One Show and Cannes Lions Festival.

Beginning his career as a writer at the legendary Wieden + Kennedy Portland, he created award winning campaigns and films for Nike, collaborating with athletes such as LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Kobe Bryant. As he climbed the ranks creatively, his filmic experiences would continue as he wrote and creative directed campaigns for icons like Snoop Dogg, Lionel Messi, Pharrell Williams, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Pivoting from agency life after runs at 72 & Sunny NY and Droga5, he ventured to Hulu, where he set up the in-house creative studio Greenhouse. In addition to his advertising work, he has also found creative success in the TV and film space. Pierce created the Hulu series: “Your Attention Please”, starring Craig Robinson. He also wrote and directed a short film entitled “Free Machine” with Grammy Award-winning Producer Teddy Walton, which premiered on Hulu in 2021. In addition to his work with Hulu, Brandon worked closely on creative development for Amy Schumer’s So Easy, finding and developing new projects with the comedy legend. He received a 2023 Writer’s Guild award for his work in the writer’s room on season five of Inside Amy Schumer.
