I believe in the power of design to create clarity, direction, and meaningful change. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand, strategy, and design, helping organizations build strong, distinctive brands that drive both business value and human connection.
My background combines formal training in design with leadership experience across multiple roles, including client advisor, project lead, and CEO. This gives me a broad perspective on how brands are not only created, but also anchored, managed, and evolved over time. I’ve worked across both national and international brands, gaining experience with a wide range of industries and challenges.
In my current role as Chief Design Officer and Partner at NoA Anorak, I focus on leading brand transformation processes, bringing together strategy, creativity, and execution across disciplines. I care deeply about building strong relationships, enabling teams to do their best work, and ensuring that ideas are translated into real, lasting impact.
I’m particularly passionate about the role of design as a strategic tool, one that can simplify complexity, align organizations, and create brands that people trust and relate to. As a mentor, I aim to be a thoughtful and supportive partner, encouraging curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to navigate both creative and strategic challenges.
